1. Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that are defective due to manufacturing issues. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.
2. Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
3. Proof of Defect: To process your return, please provide photos or a detailed description of the defect. Additional inspection may be required.
4. Return Process:

   • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
   • Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a replacement or refund.

        5. Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping costs for verified defective items.
